Tomorrow begins our 30-day bikram challenge. Today I am going to focus on hydration and try and get some solid rest tonight.  Should be an interesting class tomorrow considering the fact that I haven’t done bikram (or worked out) in an entire month.  Feeling quite intimidated by the prospect of committing to anything for 30 days but am pretty sure that the timing of this could not be better. I think the plan is to go to the 6pm class after work tomorrow and I am grateful to have a friend crazy enough to do this with me!
