Pre-yoga snack

It is suggested that a snack of fruit or something light is ideal 2-3 hours before bikram.  I picked up a weird-looking little juice smoothie to drink at this time before class on Friday and LOVED it!

I know it looks GROSS, but it tastes absolutely delicious! Andddd it said the fruit inside included 2-3/4 Apples, ½ Banana, 1/3 Kiwi fruit, 1/3 Mango, and a hint of pineapple. It also has Spirulina, Chlorella, Broccoli, Spinach, Blue Green Algae, Garlic, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Ginger, and Parsley. As somebody who frequently dines on ramen or pancakes for dinner, I could use the extra boost of veggies and fruit in my life 🙂

    SUPERFOOD IS GROSS. I tried to drink one of those before and it tasted like I went outside, grabbed some grass, took some ice, and blended it all together. But, I’m sure it’s good for you and all, but it sure is not for me!
